At this time we only ship domestically within the United States and Puerto Rico with USPS.

Shipping Costs

​

Shipping Options for orders of less than 10 custom keychains and photo props plaques (not including milestone sets):

​

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders $65 or more. A shipping charge of $2.99 will be applied to all keychain and photo prop orders under $65. No promo code is required to receive free shipping on $65+ purchases. Shipping options/charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

​

Shipping Options for bulk orders over 10 keychains:

​

A bulk order consists of all the same custom design for the entire order (they can be personalized with individual names).

 

Shipping costs for bulk orders will be calculated and included in the form of a quotation provided upon inquiry of larger orders.  You can find more details about large orders here.

Shipping Options for milestone photo prop sets:

​

Shipping is fixed cost of $5.99 for all photo prop milestone sets. Shipping for orders over $65 is FREE.  No promo code is required.

​

If you order a combination of keychains, photo props and milestone sets, shipping is $5.99 unless your order is over $65; then shipping is FREE.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

​​

When you place an order with Keyrings and Things, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If you have questions about your order, please email shopkeyringsandthings@gmail.com or message us via the contact form. 

Please include your order number in all communications.

​

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email with the tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become available on the USPS website.

​

Processing Time (time to make your order)

​

The processing time is how long it takes to handcraft your custom, made-to-order item. This time does not include shipping/transit. Please take into consideration both the processing and shipping times if you need to receive your order by a specific date.

​

Processing time is approximately 10-14 days. We strive to ship your order as fast as possible, however; please keep in mind each order is handmade to order with the utmost attention to quality for each and every item. 

​

Processing time for bulk or larger orders can be anywhere from 3–6 weeks depending on the size of the order and details of the customization.  Processing time will be confirmed when the design is confirmed and a final price quote is provided.

Shipping Time

​

​The time in transit depends on your location, but typically takes between 2–5 business days. If you have any questions or if your package is delayed, let me know and I will be happy to check on that for you!  All orders ship from our home studio in south Florida.

​

For residence of Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:   please note that transit time may be longer than the standard 2-5 business days. Thank you for your patience if shipping takes a bit longer.

​

To ensure that your package is delivered safely, please check that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant/required information. The correct abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for a timely and accurate delivery. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

 

Possible Delays:

​​You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, or USPS delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience!

 

Undeliverable Packages:

 

If the address provided is incorrect and/or unable to accept deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional required postage.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS​

​

​Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please email shopkeyringsandthings@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by USPS so that we can try to rectify it as quickly as possible. 

​

​Once an order is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing shopkeyingsandthings@gmail.com (please include your order number). Please note that there may be fees associated with reversing a payment that was already applied before a cancellation is requested. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as your order will be in the beginning design stages.

​

DAMAGES & ISSUES

​

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact shopkeyringsandthings@gmail.com ASAP if there is damage or you have received the wrong item. Please include your order number. We must be notified within 48 hours of USPS confirmed delivery; a review will then be conducted in order to assess the specific situation and determine disposition such as issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

INSURANCE

​

All shipments include insurance of up to $100 at no extra charge. If you'd like to add additional insurance, please leave a comment in the "NOTES" section when you check out. We will reach out to you for the additional payment after the order has been processed.
